Common use of Local Match Clause in Contracts

Local Match. The City shall share in the Project Cost at the rate of 20 percent, for an estimated local match of $15,000.00. Additionally, the City shall be fully responsible for: i. All costs exceeding $75,000.00, unless MaineDOT approves otherwise in writing; and ii. All costs that MaineDOT determines to be ineligible for reimbursement; and iii. All costs incurred before the execution date of this Agreement.
