Local Operational Delivery Arrangements. 4.1 Responsibilities of the Integration Joint Board on Behalf of the Parties 4.1.1 The local operational arrangements agreed by the Parties are: 4.1.2 The Integration Joint Board has responsibility for the planning of Services. This will be achieved through the Strategic Plan. 4.1.3 The Integration Joint Board is responsible for the operational oversight of Integrated Services, and through the Chief Officer will be responsible for the operational management of Integrated Services. 4.1.4 The Integration Joint Board will be responsible for the planning of Acute Services, but the Health Board will be responsible for the operational oversight of Acute Services and through the Director for Acute Services will be responsible for operational management of Acute Services. The Health Board will provide information on a regular basis to the Chief Officer and Integration Joint Board on the operational delivery of these Services. 4.1.5 Where an Integration Joint Board is also the Lead Partnership in relation to a Service in Annex 3, the Parties will recommend that: (a) It is responsible for the operational oversight of such Service(s); (b) Through its Chief Officer will be responsible for the operational management on behalf of all the Ayrshire Integration Joint Boards; and (c) Such Lead Partnership will be responsible for the strategic planning and operational budget of the Lead Partnership Services in Annex 3.
