Local Requirements. For the avoidance of doubt, any approval provided pursuant to Clause 7.4 is not to be interpreted as acquiescence by the Licensor and/or ViiV that any Trade ▇▇▇▇, Trade Dress and/or labelling complies with Applicable Law or any regulatory requirements, which remains the Licensee’s sole responsibility.
