LOCAL ROUTINE INSPECTIONS AND MAINTENANCE. If any Fossil Station or Hydroelectric Station is not routinely staffed, Seller shall provide advance notice to Buyer's designee provided in Section 19 by telephone before Seller's personnel enter such Fossil Station or Hydroelectric Station for Routine Inspection and Maintenance and all other non-disruptive work that does not require equipment outages. Buyer shall provide advance notice by telephone to Seller's dispatch personnel (or equivalent) before Buyer's personnel enter Seller's T&D Assets for routine measurements, inspections, and meter reads. For work that will require equipment outages or that is reasonably expected to affect the security of the other Party's operations, the Party desiring to perform the Routine Inspection and Maintenance shall provide the other Party with at least 48 hours prior written notification in accordance with Section 19.
