Location and Availability. The personnel file shall be maintained in a secure and private area in the Board office, and be available only to administrative staff having a legitimate need in the course of their work, the bargaining unit member, or the member's designee, or as required by statute.
Location and Availability. Executive may reside wherever he chooses, without any restriction by BancorpSouth; however, Executive shall be available at reasonable times as reasonably needed for conferences, meetings and appearances during normal business hours, primarily at BancorpSouth’s headquarter offices in Tupelo, Mississippi, after first being provided reasonable notice by BancorpSouth. During the Consulting Period, Executive may not expend more than 32 hours per month in performing services for BancorpSouth. Executive shall be free to pursue business opportunities and other activities that are consistent with his obligations in Section 4.

Location and Availability. The State will allow the Contractor to work remotely so long as staff are based in the continental United States. For project-related activities, the Contractor must provide the ability to interact with State staff virtually via Microsoft Teams. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT), excluding State holidays. The Contractor is required to perform work duties within the normal hours of work. The Contractor must make prior arrangements and receive approval from the State to work outside these normal working hours. Contractor staff must report to the SCO office or designated location within 24 hours of such notice, if feasible, but no later than five (5) business days after being notified by the Contract Manager or CSPS Project Manager (PM). Per Exhibit B: Budget Detail and Payment Provisions travel costs incurred are at the expense of the Contractor and will not be reimbursed by SCO.
Location and Availability. Contractor work shall be performed within the Contractor's own offices, remotely, and/or within the Cal OES 9-1-1 Branch computer lab as needed and as requested by Cal OES. In addition to this in-person work in the 9-1-1 Branch computer lab in Sacramento, there will be a minimum of one (1) required in- person leadership meeting with Cal OES in Sacramento, California per year that the contract is active. The State will provide a set of collaboration tools to facilitate remote development. Contractor staff shall be based in the United States and remote work is not guaranteed.   • General Availability The commitment to availability specified in the letter of appointment shall be subject to mutually acceptable revision. Such revision will occur once per year, or, if mutually agreed between the Employer and the employee, on a more frequent basis. The Employer will issue a revised letter of appointment to reflect approved changes to employee’s general availability.

  • RDDS availability Refers to the ability of all the RDDS services for the TLD, to respond to queries from an Internet user with appropriate data from the relevant Registry System. If 51% or more of the RDDS testing probes see any of the RDDS services as unavailable during a given time, the RDDS will be considered unavailable.

  • DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-­‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. All the public DNS-­‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.

  • High Availability Registry Operator will conduct its operations using network and geographically diverse, redundant servers (including network-­‐level redundancy, end-­‐node level redundancy and the implementation of a load balancing scheme where applicable) to ensure continued operation in the case of technical failure (widespread or local), or an extraordinary occurrence or circumstance beyond the control of the Registry Operator. Registry Operator’s emergency operations department shall be available at all times to respond to extraordinary occurrences.

  • System Availability Although we will try to provide continuous access to the Service, we cannot and do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time and will not be liable in the event Service is unavailable. Actual service or network performance is dependent on a variety of factors outside of our control. If you notify us within twenty-four (24) hours and we confirm an outage consisting of a period of two (2) hours in any calendar month, and not due to any service, act, or omission of you, a third party, your applications, equipment or facilities, or reasons outside of our control, you shall be eligible for a service credit. A service credit shall be computed as a pro-rated charge for one day of the regular monthly fees for the Service in the next monthly statement. Intermittent service outages for periods of less than two (2) hours are not considered service outages. Outages caused by routine scheduled maintenance are also not considered an outage. You shall receive advance notice no less than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of our scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance will be performed between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. CST.
