Common use of Location and Reproduction Clause in Contracts

Location and Reproduction. I agree to maintain at my workstation and/or any other place under my control only such Confidential Information that is necessary to carry out my responsibilities as an employee of the Company. I agree to return to the appropriate person or location or otherwise properly dispose of Confidential Information once that necessity no longer exists. I also agree not to make copies or otherwise reproduce Confidential Information except to the extent necessary to carry out my responsibilities as an employee of the Company.
