Location and Size Sample Clauses
The "Location and Size" clause defines the specific physical placement and dimensions of a property, space, or asset referenced in an agreement. It typically outlines the exact address, boundaries, or coordinates, and may specify square footage, acreage, or other measurements relevant to the subject matter. By clearly establishing where and how large the relevant property or area is, this clause helps prevent disputes over misunderstandings regarding the scope or identity of the property involved.

It should ideally be located • close to the centre of the administrative circle, • in the village, where a chief resides, and • where basic infrastructure such as public transport and telecommunication exists. For large administrative circles it is necessary to set-up field offices or sub-stations, as the maximum distance of forests to be managed by a (sub-)station should not exceed 25 km. The village head of the respective village is responsible for the allocation of the land. For an average forest station about 0.25 ha of land is required, for a substation about 0.1 ha.
