Common use of Location of Customer Data Clause in Contracts

Location of Customer Data. If Customer’s address (as set forth in the OSA) is in (i) Europe (including the United Kingdom), the Middle East or Africa, Customer Data will be stored at rest in Europe, (ii) North or South America, Customer Data will be stored at rest in North America, and (iii) Asia/Pacific region, Customer Data will be stored at rest in the Asia/Pacific Region, except in each case (a) as may be otherwise expressly provided in the applicable OSA, or (b) to the extent that certain Cloud Services use sub processors set forth in the locations specified in the list of sub processors found at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇- processors/.
