Common use of Location of Improvements Clause in Contracts

Location of Improvements. No change, alteration, restoration or new construction shall be in or connect the Improvements with any property, building or other improvement located outside the boundaries of the parcel of land described in Exhibit "A" attached, nor shall the same obstruct or interfere with any existing easement.
