Location of Incident Sample Clauses

The 'Location of Incident' clause defines the specific place or places where an event, accident, or occurrence relevant to the agreement must take place for the contract's terms to apply. This clause typically outlines whether incidents must occur at a designated worksite, within a certain geographic area, or during the course of performing contractual duties.
