Notification of Incorrect Certificate Sample Clauses

The Notification of Incorrect Certificate clause requires a party to promptly inform the other party if it discovers that a certificate it has provided contains errors or inaccuracies. In practice, this means that if a company submits a compliance or insurance certificate and later realizes it is incorrect, it must notify the relevant counterparty as soon as possible and may need to provide a corrected version. This clause ensures transparency and allows the parties to address and rectify issues quickly, thereby minimizing potential risks or misunderstandings arising from reliance on incorrect documentation.
