Location of Projects. In each Waste Shed, the Parties shall evaluate the area to determine the optimum location for the Conversion Facility based on the principles described in this Section 2.2(a). Each Project location shall be proposed by either Fulcrum or WMI and shall be mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
