Common use of Location of Records Clause in Contracts

Location of Records. Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and any original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of such Seller referred to in Section 6.1(l) or, upon 30 days’ prior written notice to the Collateral Agent, each Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 8.5 shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records.
