Common use of Long Service Increment Clause in Contracts

Long Service Increment. i. A Staff Member must have held a regular, full time appointment for at least seven (7) years; ii. A Staff Member must have been paid at the maximum of the salary range appropriate to the Staff Member's position for at least two (2) years as of the 1st of July in any year.
