Common use of Long Service Increments Clause in Contracts

Long Service Increments. An employee shall qualify for long service increments by serving six (6) years and the top of the salary schedule (employees currently on longevity will be held harmless) with the Board as a full time employee in the bargaining unit. Long service increments for such eligible employees shall be calculated on an hourly rate of pay and determined as follows: 2023-2024 Beginning with the 7th year of service $ 0.20 Beginning with the 12th year of service $ 0.35 Beginning with the 17th year of service $ 0.50 Beginning with the 22nd year of service $0.70
