Common use of Longevity Step Clause in Contracts

Longevity Step. Classified employees and instructional assistants on Step H of the salary schedules identified as Exhibits ▇▇-▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇ and CS-12C and with twenty-three (23) or more years of paid employment shall receive an additional 3% of the Step H hourly rate for all salary purposes defined in this Agreement.
