Loss of Privileges. The use of technology is a privilege, not a right, and inappropriate use may result in a loss of those privileges. In cases of inappropriate use, school and LPJUSD staff will decide what consequences are appropriate. Students can lose privileges, such as their network accounts, at any time for inappropriate use. Some examples of inappropriate use are unlawful activities, commercial purposes (running a business or trying to make money) or personal financial gain (running a website to sell things), inappropriate sexual or other offensive content, threatening another person, misrepresentation of LPJUSD staff, or students.
