Common use of Loss of Useable Generation Clause in Contracts

Loss of Useable Generation. A loss of the Coordinated System’s useable generation during the Critical Period through (i) increase in total spill of water, (ii) increase in uncontrollable generation (i.e., energy capability less all energy reserves in excess of the EAEL in any Period), or (iii) inability to draft all storage water to end-of-Critical Period elevations.
