Common use of Lost Time Clause in Contracts

Lost Time. The Employer agrees to pay for all reasonable time lost by employees during their regular working hours while pursuing the grievance procedure or in conferences or negotiations with Employer representatives, provided however, the Employer reserves the right to revoke this benefit if it is being abused.
