Low Census Standby. Scheduled Standby. All nurses scheduled for who 17 agree to remain on standby due to low census needs of the hospital shall be paid six 18 five dollars ($6.00 5.00) per hour for scheduled standby, regardless of hours worked if 19 called back to work while on standby and other compensation received during the 20 scheduled standby period. Effective July 3, 2022, all nurses scheduled for standby shall 21 be paid five dollars and twenty-five cents ($5.25) per hour, for scheduled standby, 22 regardless of hours worked if called back to work while on standby and other 23 compensation received during the scheduled standby period.
