Common use of Lump Sum Fees Clause in Contracts

Lump Sum Fees. Lump Sum Fee(s), hereinafter identified as L.S., are understood and agreed to include all direct and indirect labor costs, personnel related costs, overhead and administrative costs, costs of sub-consultant(s) and/or sub-contractor(s), out-of- pocket expenses and costs, professional service fee(s) and any other costs or expenses which may pertain to the services and/or work to be performed, provided and/or furnished by the Consultant as may be required and/or necessary to complete each and every task set forth in the Scope of Professional Services, or as may be set forth in subsequent work orders, supplemental agreements, and/or change orders agreed to in writing by both parties to this Agreement.
