Lump-Sum Remuneration Sample Clauses
The Lump-Sum Remuneration clause establishes that payment for goods or services will be made as a single, fixed amount rather than based on time, materials, or variable costs. In practice, this means the contractor or service provider receives a predetermined sum regardless of the actual expenses incurred or hours worked, simplifying budgeting and payment processes. This clause is primarily used to provide cost certainty for both parties and to allocate the risk of cost overruns to the party performing the work.
