Common use of LUNCH HOUR Clause in Contracts

LUNCH HOUR. 1. Every teacher at the high school shall have a duty-free lunch period of not less than thirty-five (35) minutes (including passing periods). 2. Every teacher at the middle school shall have a duty-free lunch period of not less than thirty (30) minutes (including passing periods). 3. Every teacher at the elementary school level shall have a duty-free lunch period of not less than forty (40) minutes, including passing time.
