MAC. The MAC shall be advisory to the BOR and shall function at the request of the BOR. The BOR may seek advice from the MAC in matters including, but not limited to: a. Resolution of issues uniquely related to the Rapid City based health care programs; b. Recommendations to the participating institutions and RH / RCRH when problems occur; c. Review of the health care program budgets as they relate to program needs and goals, and make recommendations thereon; d. Review of enrollment plans for consistency with market need for health care graduates in Western South Dakota and the broader service area, and reviewing the availability of direct and in-kind resources; e. Receipt and review of reports from the nursing and respiratory care programs and oversight of any other ad hoc committees as may be necessary to support or assist the health care programs; f. Appropriate arrangements for the receipt and administration of any funds donated to support students or otherwise in support of the health care programs; g. Providing reports as may be requested by the BOR.
