Common use of MAIL DELIVERY Clause in Contracts

MAIL DELIVERY. The Transferee for himself, his heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns covenants and agrees that Canada Post does not intend to provide door-to-door mail delivery. It is anticipated that mail delivery will be provided through a system of permanent communal boxes.
