MAIL DELIVERY. Three calendar days after the Notice is postmarked for mailing, postage prepaid, by First Class or Certified United States Mail and actually deposited in or delivered to the United States Mail. Any party may change its address for Notice under this MDA by giving written Notice to the other party in accordance with the provisions of this Section.
