Common use of Mail System Clause in Contracts

Mail System. ‌ The district authorizes the association to place CSEA communications in the college internal mail system for distribution to bargaining unit employees. A copy of any material for general distribution to CSEA bargaining unit employees will be provided to the director of human resources at time of distribution.
