Mailing of Materials. CDB will use commercially reasonable efforts to effect and complete the mailing of the Offering Notice to each of the registered holders of Common Shares as of the Record Date in the Qualified Jurisdictions as soon as reasonably possible following the Record Date and will arrange for delivery of the Offering Notice to the beneficial holders of Common Shares as of the Record Date in the Qualified Jurisdictions in the manner contemplated by National Instrument 54-101 – Communications with Beneficial Owners of Securities of a Reporting Issuer as soon as reasonably possible following the Record Date.
