Common use of Mailing of Materials Clause in Contracts

Mailing of Materials. The Company will effect and complete the mailing of commercial copies of the Canadian Prospectus and the U.S. Prospectus, as applicable, to each of the registered holders of the Stapled Units in the Eligible Jurisdictions as soon as practicable following the Record Date and to the beneficial holders of the Stapled Units in the manner contemplated by National Instrument 54-101 — Communication with Beneficial Owners of Securities of a Reporting Issuer as soon as practicable following the Record Date.

Mailing of Materials. The Company will effect and complete the mailing of commercial copies of the Canadian Prospectus and the U.S. Prospectus, as applicable, to each of the registered holders of the Stapled Units Common Shares in the Eligible Qualifying Jurisdictions as soon as practicable following the Record Date and to the beneficial holders of the Stapled Units Common Shares in the manner contemplated by National Instrument 54-101 — Communication with Beneficial Owners of Securities of a Reporting Issuer as soon as practicable following the Record Date.
