Main activities. To carry out electrical repairs and maintenance on our street furniture. • To carry out electrical repairs and maintenance within our office and warehouse. • To maintain company equipment and power tools, and to complete regular safety inspections on all of our electrical equipment and tools. • To undertake routine electrical testing of JCDecaux street furniture assets • To install, maintain and repair PLC controlled scrolling poster systems • To maintain and repair electrical systems on APT’s • To implement and maintain new electrical technology to our street furniture • To keep accurate records of vehicle stock • To undertake lighting checks • To change advertising posters as required • Adhere to company OH&S requirements and procedures • Be available for ‘on call’ on a weekly basis 24 hours / day, as rostered, to undertake emergency call outs (make safe) and other emergency / high priority works as required. In addition to the duties set out above, you are expected to undertake such other duties as may from time to time be assigned to you by the company and for which you will be trained.
