Common use of Maintain License Clause in Contracts

Maintain License. The Corporation shall at all times, where required by the laws of the jurisdiction, maintain in full force and effect the applicable licenses to operate the Facilities from the State and/or other licensing authority. The Corporation shall notify the Office if any such licensing authority makes any determination which may affect the licensing of the Facilities. The Corporation shall at all times maintain in full force and effect all other governmental approvals, permits, qualifications and certificates necessary for the efficient functioning of the Facilities.
