Maintaining Certification. To maintain certification, a blaster must: a. Conduct a minimum of three shots per year. b. Maintain shot records of each shot. c. Attend a recertification class every three years and pass an examination demonstrating blaster proficiency at the level of blasting currently certified. d. Maintain the required licenses, certifications, and training required by Federal, State, and local governing agencies.
