Common use of Maintenance and Use Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Use. Inadequate maintenance of a Housing Unit or the imposition of any load greater than that for which the Housing Unit was designed or the use of a Housing Unit for any purpose other than that for which it was designed unless the Underwriter has been informed, the Policy endorsed and any applicable additional premium paid to the Underwriter.
