Maintenance instructions. Where the equipment / materials supplied are subject to maintenance during service the manufacturer shall submit for approval a draft of the recommended maintenance instructions. After approval the supplier shall supply any further copies required by the Engineer. These maintenance instructions shall be provided before the taking over of any part of the equipment.
