Maintenance – Line Splitting. 3.7.1 BellSouth will be responsible for repairing voice troubles and the troubles with the physical Loop between the NID at the customer’s premises and the termination point. 3.7.2 MCI shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless BellSouth from and against any claims, losses, actions, causes of action, suits, demands, damages, injury, and costs including reasonable attorney fees, which arise out of actions related to the other service provider, except to the extent caused by BellSouth's gross negligence or willful misconduct. 3.7.3 MCI may designate a third Party to issue MCI’s orders if MCI has a LOA on file with BellSouth authorizing the third Party to issue orders on its behalf. The orders will be provisioned in the same manner as if MCI issued the orders.
