MAINTENANCE OF POOL. At the onset of the sick leave pool, the Board of Education will make a one time donation of one day for each day donated by a school employee to the sick leave pool. When the aggregate of the sick leave pool reaches a low of one hundred days, each member of the sick leave pool will be automatically debited one day and so notified by the Superintendent of Schools.
