Maintenance of Procedure. If the dispute settlement procedure outlined in Section 4117.14(0) of the Ohio Revised Code is voided or amended to disallow binding arbitration by legislative or judicial action, the parties agree to meet and to develop mutually a dispute settlement procedure which shall include binding arbitration as a final step.
