Common use of MAINTENANCE OF THE PROJECT Clause in Contracts

MAINTENANCE OF THE PROJECT. The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the same by the the Service Provider and/ or such other entity appointed by the Service Provider upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project.

MAINTENANCE OF THE PROJECT. The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain the essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the same Project by the the Service Provider and/ or such other entity appointed by the Service Provider Maintenance Society upon the issuance of the completion certificate Occupancy Certificate of the Project.

MAINTENANCE OF THE PROJECT. The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking hand over of the maintenance of the same Project by the Promoter to the Service Provider and/ or such other entity appointed Association subject to compliance by the Service Provider upon the issuance Allottee of each of the completion certificate of the Projectterms and conditions stipulated in this Agreement.
