The Managed Data Services offered by CUSI are all subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, however, in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the applicable Azure documentation, the Azure documentation shall control.

Managed Data Services. CUSI shall perform Managed Data Services at the level set forth in the Sales Agreement (if any), and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Data Management Agreement, if applicable, which shall be attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, if applicable.   • Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive a discount equal to 15% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS3 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access Service.

  • Managed Services HP will provide the services as described in a Statement of Work (“SOW”) attached to this Agreement or incorporating it by reference. Each party will appoint a single point of contact as set forth in the SOW who will serve as their primary representative, have overall responsibility for managing performance, and meet with the other party’s representative to review progress. Change requests are governed by the change management procedures as set forth in the SOW.

  • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.
