Management and Control of Construction Property. StadiumCo shall manage and administer the design and construction of the Stadium Project and shall cause the Architect and CM at Risk to design and construct the Stadium Project in accordance with the approved design documents for the Stadium Project as further set forth herein, all in consultation with the Authority Representative and Authority Project Manager in accordance with this Agreement and the other Definitive Documents. As between the Authority and StadiumCo, StadiumCo shall have management responsibility for and control over (i) the Stadium Site, and
