MANAGEMENT DIRECTIVES Clause Samples

The MANAGEMENT DIRECTIVES clause grants one party, typically the client or project owner, the authority to issue instructions or directions regarding the management and execution of the contracted work. In practice, this means the designated party can provide specific guidance on procedures, priorities, or methods to be followed by the contractor or service provider during the course of the project. This clause ensures that the project remains aligned with the client's objectives and allows for responsive adjustments, thereby maintaining control and flexibility over the project's direction and execution.
