MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES. 14.01 It is understood that the Management may bring forward at any meeting held with the Union Representative any complaint with respect to the conduct of the Union, or Stewards, and that if such complaint by Management is not settled to the mutual satisfaction of the conferring Parties, it may be treated as a grievance and referred to arbitration in the same way as the grievance of any employee.
MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES. Any grievance instituted by Management may be referred in writing to the Union Executive within five (5) full working days of the occurrence of the circumstances giving rise to the grievance, and the Union Executive shall meet within five (5) working days thereafter with Management to consider the grievance. If final settlement of the grievance is not completed within five (5) working days of such meeting, the grievance may be referred, by either party, to a Board of Arbitration as provided in Article 10.00 at any time within ten (10) calendar days, but not later.
MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES. In the event the City has a grievance, the Director of Employee and Labour Relations shall file the grievance in writing within twenty (20) working days of the circumstances giving rise to a grievance with the authorized officers of Local 79 who shall confer with the Director of Employee and Labour Relations within twenty (20) working days of the receipt of such grievance. In the event the authorized officers of Local 79 do not provide redress satisfactory to the City, the Director of Employee and Labour Relations may process the grievance to arbitration in accordance with the arbitration provisions as set out in this Agreement, with the necessary changes being made.

It is understood that the Management may at any time request a meeting with the Union Grievance Committee to discuss any complaint with respect to the conduct of the Union, its Officers or representatives, in its day-to-day relationship with the Company or non-Union employees and that, if such complaint by the Management is not settled to the mutual satisfaction of the conferring parties it may be treated as a grievance and referred to arbitration in the same way and to the same extent as the grievance of any employee.

It is understood that the Employer may bring forward at any meeting held with the Association Committee any complaint with respect to the conduct of the Association, its officers or members, and that if such complaint by the Employer is not settled to the mutual satisfaction of the two (2) parties, it may be treated as a grievance and referred to arbitration in the same way as a grievance of an employee.
MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES. 4.1 Should the Division have a misunderstanding, complaint, or dispute under this Agreement, against the Union, then the Division shall advise the Union of the misunderstanding, complaint, or dispute and the parties hereto shall discuss and endeavour to settle the matter within seven (7) days from the time the misunderstanding, complaint, or dispute was conveyed to the Union. If such misunderstanding, complaint, or dispute is not settled to the mutual satisfaction of the parties it may be treated as a grievance and referred to arbitration in the same way as a grievance of any employee, as provided for in this Agreement.
MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES. It is understood that the Association, on its own behalf or on behalf of any of Employer, may file a grievance with the Union and that if such complaint is not settled to the satisfaction of the parties concerned, it may be treated as a grievance and referred to arbitration in the same way as a grievance of an employee. Such grievances shall be processed in accordance with Article 7.02 of the grievance procedure set out above.
MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES. 8.01 It is understood and agreed that the Management may lodge a complaint, with the Union Executive Committee, with respect to the conduct of the Union, its Officers or Union Representatives, within three (3) working days of the incident. It is agreed that if such a complaint by the Management is not settled to the mutual satisfaction of both parties, it may be treated as a grievance and referred to arbitration in the same way as the grievance of an employee.
MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES. 9.01 If Management has a complaint against the application or interpretation of the terms of this Agreement by the Union, within six (6) days of the circumstances occurring which give rise to the complaint becoming known to the City (HSR), the City (HSR) shall notify the President of the Union in writing outlining the complaint, that it wishes to meet with him to examine the nature of the complaint, either represented by the Director of Employee and Labour Relations, or his designate or a representative of the Transit Division. The Management representative or Senior Management Team shall meet with the President of the Union, and/or his representatives as soon as possible following the receipt of the notification and shall deal with the grievance in a similar manner as provided under Article 6 of this Agreement. Where the meeting in question has been called by Management, the City (HSR) agrees to pay the members of the Grievance Committee - not exceeding seven (7) - for all time lost at straight time rates of pay for attending such meetings
