MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES. Employer shall establish and give to the Union written guidelines that address the responsibilities and conduct of Supervisory Personnel. Said guidelines shall be designed to promote efficient, smooth and consistent operations of the Employer’s business and to ensure equal treatment to employees and shall not conflict with any portion of this Agreement.
