The MANAGEMENT INFORMATION AND FORMAT clause defines the requirements for how information related to the management of the contract or project must be provided and presented. MANAGEMENT INFORMATION AND FORMAT. The Supplier agrees to provide timely, full, accurate and complete MI Reports to the Authority which incorporates the data, in the correct format, required by the MI Reporting Template. The initial MI Reporting Template is set out in the Annex to this Framework Schedule 9. The Authority may from time to time make changes to the MI Reporting Template including to the data required or format of the report and issue a replacement version of the MI Reporting Template to the Supplier. The Authority shall give notice in writing of any such change to the MI Reporting Template and shall specify the date from which the replacement MI Reporting Template must be used for future MI Reports which date shall be at least thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the notice. If the MI Reporting Template is amended by the Authority at any time, then the Supplier agrees to provide all future MI Reports in accordance with the most recent MI Reporting Template issued by the Authority. The Authority may provide the Supplier with supplemental guidance for completing the MI Reporting Template or submitting MI Reports from time to time which may for example indicate which fields are mandatory and which are optional. The Supplier agrees to complete the Monthly MI Report in accordance with any such guidance. The Supplier may not make any amendment to the current MI Reporting Template without the prior Approval of the Authority. The Authority shall have the right from time to time (on reasonable written notice) to amend the nature of the Management Information which the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION AND FORMAT. 2.1 The Supplier agrees to provide to the Authority:
2.1.1 timely, full, accurate and complete MI Reports which incorporate the data, in the correct format, required by the MI Reporting Template;
2.1.2 to the extent requested by the Authority, timely, full, accurate and complete data, in such format as the Authority may specify from time to time, in respect of the Services and Call-Off Agreements, including:
(a) the grades of Supplier Staff providing Services to Contracting Bodies;
(b) the Service being invoiced
(c) the unit of purchase (hour or day etc) for each grade of Supplier Staff providing Services;
(d) the price paid per unit for each grade of Supplier Staff being invoiced;
(e) total invoice pursuant to Call-Off Agreements; and
(f) the equivalent F/Y09/10 invoice value for the same or equivalent Call-Off Agreement
2.1.3 to the extent requested by the Authority, timely, full, accurate and complete data corresponding to that set out in paragraphs 2.1.1 and 2.1.2, in such format as the Authority may specify from time to time, in respect of all other Services supplied by the Supplier to Contracting Bodies pursuant to any other agreement or arrangement (including Equivalent Services).

The Authority may from time to time make changes to the MI Reporting Template, including to the data required or format of MI Reports, and issue a replacement version of the MI Reporting Template to the Supplier. The Authority shall give notice in writing of any such change to the MI Reporting Template and shall specify the date from which the replacement MI Reporting Template must be used for future MI Reports which date shall be at least thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the notice.

2.1.1 timely, full, accurate and complete MI Reports on a monthly basis to the extent requested by DGHP, timely, full, accurate and complete data, in such format as DGHP may specify from time to time, in respect of the Services, including:
2.1.1.1 the relevant Instruction number;
2.1.1.2 the date of instruction;
2.1.1.3 the date of response;
2.1.1.4 the Lot number;
2.1.1.5 the DGHP Authorised Person responsible for each Instruction;
2.1.1.6 the supervising partner;
2.1.1.7 the main fee earner;
2.1.1.8 the payment structure applied in respect of each Instruction (whether fixed price, hourly rate, daily rate, etc.);
2.1.1.9 the approved estimate for each Instruction;
2.1.1.10 the invoiced monthly costs (excluding disbursements and VAT);
2.1.1.11 the invoiced aggregate costs (excluding disbursements and VAT); and
2.1.1.12 the invoiced aggregate expenses and disbursements (excluding VAT).

The Authority shall give notice in writing of any such change to the MI Reporting Template and/ or Quarterly Highlight Report and shall specify the date from which the replacement MI Reporting Template and/ or Quarterly Highlight Report must be used for future MI Reports and/ or Quarterly Highlight Reports which date shall be at least thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the notice.
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION AND FORMAT. 4.2.1. The Supplier to provide timely, full, accurate and complete data on MI Reporting template to HEE. The initial MI Reporting Template is set out in Annex .... (MI Reporting Template) of the Contract.
4.2.2. HEE to provide the Supplier with supplemental guidance for completing the MI Reporting Template. The Supplier agrees to complete the Monthly MI Report in accordance with the guidance.
4.2.3. The Supplier will not make any amendment to the current MI Reporting Template without prior Approval of HEE.
4.2.4. HEE have the right (on reasonable written notice) to make necessary adjustments to the nature of the Management Information including the MI Reporting Template which the Supplier is required to supply to HEE.
