Common use of Management Information Reports Clause in Contracts

Management Information Reports. The Contractor shall submit Management Information reports to the Authority‟s Representative in the format requested by the Authority‟s Representative. Such reports shall be submitted on a quarterly basis, or more frequently, for instance monthly, where reasonably requested by the Authority‟s Representative. In addition, the Contractor shall submit a similar report covering each Milestone within the Programme.
