Management Relief Differential. 1.1 Hourly employees who are designated by management to temporarily relieve or substitute for an employee paid on a salaried basis will receive an in-charge differential of one dollar ($1.00) per hour, provided such assignment is for a continuous period of one (1) hour or more.
