Management Representatives. For convenience of operation hereunder, each of the Owner and Mauna Loa shall designate one representative to effectuate decisions of their principals and to serve as the channel of communication for disseminating information to and securing necessary action by their principals. The representative of any party hereto may be changed from time to time by written notice by such party to the other party hereto.
