Managers as Agents. To the extent of their powers set forth in this Agreement, the Managers are agents of the Company for the purpose of the Company’s business, and the actions of the Managers taken in accordance with such powers set forth in this Agreement shall bind the Company.
Managers as Agents. To the extent of their powers set forth in this Agreement and subject to Section 9(j), the Managers are agents of the Company for the purpose of the Company’s business, and the actions of the Managers taken in accordance with such powers set forth in this Agreement shall bind the Company. Notwithstanding the last sentence of Section 18-402 of the Act and except as specifically provided in this Agreement or in a resolution of the Managers, a Manager shall not have the authority to bind the Company.

Managers as Agents. To the extent of their powers set forth in this Agreement, Class 1 Managers and Class 2 Managers (collectively referred to in this sub-section as “Managers”) are agents of the Company for the purpose of the Company’s business, and the actions of the Managers taken in accordance with such powers set forth in this Agreement shall bind the Company.

Managers as Agents. The Managers shall have only those powers and shall perform only those actions as may be authorized or delegated by Consent of the Members, and in such event the Managers shall be agents of the Company for the purpose of the Company’s business, and the actions of the Managers taken in accordance with such powers shall bind the Company. Notwithstanding the last sentence of Section 18-402 of the Delaware Act, except as provided in this Agreement, a Manager may not bind the Company.
