Managing Work Clause Samples

The "Managing Work" clause defines how the parties will oversee, coordinate, and control the execution of tasks or deliverables under the agreement. It typically outlines the responsibilities of each party in supervising progress, setting schedules, and addressing issues that arise during the course of the work. For example, it may specify who has authority to make decisions, how changes to the work are approved, or how progress is reported. The core function of this clause is to ensure that work is managed efficiently and transparently, reducing misunderstandings and helping the project stay on track.
