Common use of Mandatory Certifications Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Certifications. The Agency certifies that it shall comply with the provisions of Sections XIX, XXII, XXVII and XXIX of this Contract. If the Agency is a municipal corporation (other than King County), or agency of the State of Washington, King County Code (KCC) chapters 12.16, 12.17 and 12.18 do not apply to the Agency, but may apply to any subcontractor of the Agency.
